Hey Athens,

Bottom line up front: I’m adding more choices to make Red Eye your only stop for coffee. First, with the start of the school year, I’m expanding my hours. Red Eye will be open from 8 am until 10 pm weekdays EXCEPT TUESDAY (sorry, still have to have a day off). To go with those early hours, I’m adding some great fresh baked muffins, croissants and bagels that you can grab for a quick breakfast on the go. I’ll still be keeping some of the popular Donderos’ Kitchen treats around for later in the day for when you feel like something sweet to go with your afternoon coffee. I will also have a coffee option called Coffee of the Day. Coffee of the Day will be a pot of French pressed Counter Culture Coffee that will be more convenient for you to grab on the go and in different sizes for you to choose from. I also have added a selection of some really great sodas, like Blenheim Ginger Ale, Cheerwine and Sioux City Sarsaparilla and Cream Soda.
